What can I use the Gift Card for?

Gift Cards can be used for products and services, including taxes, fees, and any applicable charges. However, the gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or applied towards gratuity.


Where can I buy a Gift Card?

You may purchase a Gift Card at all Xpres Spa and participating Treat locations and online


What denominations do you offer?

You may purchase Gift Cards for $25, $50, $75, or $100 at You may also purchase Gift Cards at our U.S. Xpres Spa and participating Treat locations.


Do I need to activate my Xpres Spa Gift Card?

No. Once purchased, you’ll receive an email with an active digital Gift Card.


How do I check the balance on my Gift Card?

You can check your Gift Card balance at one of our locations with an Xpres Spa representative, or online at or within your Apple Wallet.


Can I send a digital gift card to someone else? If so, how do I do that and what will they receive?

Yes, at the time of purchase you’ll provide the recipient’s email address and a personalized digital card will be emailed to them. Or, if you send the Gift Card to yourself, you can forward the email you receive to someone else, so they can redeem the Gift Card.


Do gift cards ever expire?

No, Gift Cards do not expire.


In which countries can Gift Cards be used?

Xpres Spa Gift Cards can only be used in the United States.


Can I add more money to my Gift Card?

Unfortunately, you are unable to add more money to your Gift Card, but you can always purchase additional gift cards online or in our U.S. Xpres Spa and participating Treat locations.


What happens if I lose my digital Gift Card, or if it gets stolen? 

Please contact our customer service department at  You will need to provide the email you used when you purchased the Gift Card, and we will send it to you again.

We do not ship Gift Cards but we will issue digital gift cards via


What payment methods can I use to purchase a Gift Card?

Gift Cards may be purchased via major credit cards and debit cards.


Can I add my Gift Card to a digital wallet?

Yes, you may add your Gift Card received via email to your digital wallet.


Can I receive XWELL Rewards points when I use my Gift Card?

You will receive points on your purchase of our Gift Cards but not when the Gift Card is used for payment.


Why should I sign up for XWELL Rewards?

Each dollar you spend in one of our XpresSpa® or Treat™ locations will earn you 1 point. You’ll also earn points for shopping online at,, or through our XWELL Rewards app. Every 100 points earns you a $5.00 discount on products or services.

What can I use points for?

You can use your points for discounts on wellness services, like massages, manicures and pedicures, and for discounts on products in-store, online, or through the XWELL Rewards app.

How do I redeem points?

If you are in an XpresSpa or Treat location, our staff will look up your account, and apply your points to any applicable purchase. If you are shopping online at or, or through the XWELL Rewards app, you will be given the option to redeem your points (and get your discount) at checkout.

Do I get points on my birthday?

If you add your birthday to your rewards account, you will earn 100 points each year on your birthday, which will be posted to your account up to 30 days after your birthday.

Are there any other ways to earn points?

Yes! The first time you follow us on Instagram, you will earn 10 points. The first time you submit a verified product review for an online purchase, you will earn 25 points.

Signing up

How do I sign up for the rewards program?

Signing up is easy! Simply complete the registration process on the website or XWELL Rewards app.

What are the advantages of becoming a rewards member?

Members receive points for each purchase, and these points can then be redeemed towards discounts on future purchases. Members receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and information about all our newest products and services.

You’ll also earn points on your birthday, for following us on Instagram, and for writing a review for a verified online purchase.



I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

We use the email address linked to your previous account to transfer rewards to your XWELL Rewards account. However, all customers with an active account must complete the registration process on the website or XWELL Rewards app. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

Where can I find all my rewards account information?

You can access all your information by logging into your account and viewing your rewards page at XWELL Rewards or in the XWELL Rewards app.  You can also visit any XpresSpa or Treat location and inquire with a sales associate.

What if I have an old email address or multiple email address and want to combine my accounts & earnings?

Contact customer service by emailing, or calling (646) 607-9991 and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.

Does it cost anything to begin earning points?

Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free. Make sure to visit the XWELL Rewards page to get started.

Will my points from XpresSpa’s previous rewards program be transferred to the new program?

Yes, points you have earned and not used will be transferred to your new XWELL Rewards account.

Earning & Redeeming

How do I check my points balance?

To check you balance (i) visit any XpresSpa or Treat location and inquire with a sales associate, (ii) contact customer services at, or (iii) visit

How do points convert to discounts?

100 points = $5.00 discount

Will I be able to use my points/rewards in store?

Yes! You can use your points at one of our XpresSpa or Treat locations.

Program Limitations

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

Nope! That’s the best part about being an XWELL Rewards member! You will have an opportunity to earn points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online and through seasonal sales.

Do my points expire?

Points expire on the date following 18 months of member account inactivity.


Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

Yes! All points used on the purchase will be added back to your account.

If I earned points by purchasing something, then returned the item(s), will I get to keep the points?

If you return an item or items, any points you received as a result of the purchase will be deducted from your XWELL Rewards balance.


Why didn’t I earn points for my online purchase?

You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. If you have done this in error, contact customer service by emailing, or calling (646) 607-9991 for help applying your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if your purchase is canceled for any reason.

What if I need to change my name?

Your account is linked to your email address. In the event you change your name, you can update your account in your profile settings on the XWELL Rewards Page.

I should have earned points for a purchase/incentive, but I didn’t see my account balance change. Did I get credit?

Yes!  You work hard to earn points and we want you to feel confident that all your points are right where they should be in your account!  The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communicating and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account.  However, if you feel that you have earned points, but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:

a.     For an online purchase, try to refresh your browser.

b.     Try to log out and then back into your account.

c.     Check your ‘Rewards History’ in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it.  Your ‘Rewards History’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.

If you still feel that your points balance is not accurate you can contact our customer service by emailing, or calling (646) 607-9991 and they will investigate the issue for you.

Birthday Reward

 I signed up for the birthday reward, but I do not see my birthday rewards in my membership.

Happy birthday!  We’re so glad that you have chosen to celebrate with us through our XWELL rewards program. To receive your birthday points on your birthday, you must add your birthday to your account at least 30 days prior to your birthday. 

If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30-day waiting period afterwards, you will receive your birthday bonus up to 30 days after your registration.  This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up. 

All successive birthday points will be added to your rewards balance on your birthday.  If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year. 

If it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your birthday reward and you have not received the additional points in your account, contact our customer service by emailing, or calling (646) 607-9991 and we will be happy to assist you.

Instagram Reward

How do I earn the Instagram reward?

You’ll be rewarded for the first time you select the ‘Follow us on Instagram’ reward while signed into your XWELL Rewards account.

I followed you on Instagram but did not see my reward points in my membership.

Complete a Review

How do I earn the “Complete a Review” reward?

14 days after your online purchase has been fulfilled, you will receive an email asking you to review the product, once you complete the review through the email, your account will be credited with 25 points. Customers may only earn this reward once.

I completed a review but did not see my reward points in my membership.
